How accurate are your measurements?

After extensive roof aerial tests, we have concluded we have a +3% / -3% margin of error.

Roof Reports vs Drone Reports. What's the difference?

Roof reports are generated with traditional satellite images. Drone reports are generated from drone images supplied by you.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Do you offer gutter reports?

Please email us at support@aerialprecisionreports.com to request a gutter report.

Can you measure all roofs?

Yes and no. Unfortunately, some roofs have too many obstructions such as trees and very dark shadows. This is typically not an issue, however, in the event this happens to a property you request, you will receive a full refund.

Do Precision Squares reports include Waste?

No. Precision Squares Reports only provide the total squares of the roof and the main pitch.

With our optional Takeoff Editor, reports can easily be adjusted on site to ensure the best possible accuracy.

Where can I access the Editor?

The Takeoff Editor can be accessed through the Dashboard. Simply login, then search, or click on a completed report to open more options. If the editor has been purchased for the selected report, "Open Editor" will be an option in the "Actions" dropdown.
